Biography

Our teachers walk the path they share.

Toufic Geagea, founder of Movement Circle Montreal, holds a BSc in Exercise Science.

His path moved through sports and fitness before a pivotal encounter with movement philosophy eight years ago redirected everything.

He went on to study Movement with pioneers like Ido Portal and Marcello Palozzo, joining the first cohort of the Human Movement Studies program.

Through both academic study and lived experience, Toufic continues to cultivate spaces where movement becomes a path to connection, expression, and self-realization.

“Movement is life’s original language, before words or stories. To move is to engage actively in the experience of life.”
