Open to all levels and beginner-friendly.
Through a variety of practices, principles, and explorations, we’ll explore:

(Toufic Geagea)
Toufic is the founder of Movement Circle Montreal and holds a BSc in Exercise Science.
Over the past decade, he has travelled and studied with pioneers in movement practice, including Ido Portal, Marcello Palozzo, and Joseph Bartz, and was part of the first cohort of the Human Movement Studies (HMS) program.
He has taught across Canada and Europe, and shared his vision with with diverse people, gyms and communities.
Grounded in both academic knowledge and lived practice, Toufic continues to walk the path alongside those he teaches, creating spaces where movement becomes a means of connection, expression, and self-discovery.
