    • The program is designed for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

    • You choose a package, we set up an initial free consultation call.

    • Your coach then designs and develops a personalized program for you.

    • You’ll receive materials, guidance, and regular feedback throughout your cycles.

    • Everything is shared with you in a personal online drive folder, including your program, theoretical materials, and support forms.

    • You’ll have direct access to a private chat your coach for questions, plus scheduled video calls for feedback, guidance, and adjustments.

    • Each training cycle lasts 4-6 weeks, after which we reassess and update your program.

Who leads this practice

Our teachers walk the path they share — combining formal study and lived experience.

Toufic is the founder of Movement Circle Montreal, holds a BSc in Exercise Science and a teacher formation of Acrobatics in Montreal.

His journey began with sports, six years of fitness, and a growing love for improvisation and dance.

A pivotal shift came when he discovered the philosophy of the Movement Practice 8 years ago.

He went on to research and practice Movement with the pioneer Marcello Palozzo, studying with him in person and later joining the first cohort of the Human Movement Studies program.

Through both academic study and lived experience, Toufic continues to cultivate spaces where movement becomes a path to connection, expression, and self-realization — a journey he walks alongside his students.
