Teacher bio

Toufic Geagea is the founder of Movement Circle Montreal and holds a BSc in Exercise Science.
His path began in sports, evolved through six years in fitness, and deepened with a growing love for improvisation and dance.

A pivotal moment came eight years ago when he encountered Ido Portal’s Movement Philosophy. This led him to further exploration and study with Marcello Palozzo in Austria, eventually joining the first cohort of the Human Movement Studies program.

Toufic has taught in diverse settings across Canada and Europe, sharing his approach with a wide range of communities—from structured facilities to experimental spaces.

Grounded in both academic study and lived experience, he continues to create spaces where movement becomes a path for connection, expression, and self-realization—a journey he walks alongside those he teaches.

FAQ

    • Not at all.

    • The program is designed for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.

    • You choose a package, we set up an initial call, and your coach creates a personalized assessment and program.

    • You’ll receive materials, guidance, and regular feedback throughout your cycles.

    • Everything is shared with you in a personal online folder, including your program, theoretical materials, and support forms.

    • You’ll have direct access to your coach for questions, plus scheduled video calls for feedback, guidance, and adjustments.

    • Each training cycle lasts 6 weeks, after which we reassess and update your program.

    • Yes.

    • The program is flexible and can be done at home or anywhere, on your own schedule.

    • Most exercises use just your bodyweight.

    • If any extra equipment is recommended, simple alternatives are always offered.

    • You record short clips of your practice and send them in.

    • Your coach reviews them and sends you back a live recorder detailed feedback to help you progress.

    • Results vary, but you can expect improvements in strength, mobility, awareness, and skill—along with a deeper understanding of your own body and practice.

    • This is individualized.

    • The program is tailored specifically to your needs, goals, and pace, with close communication and feedback from your coach.
