Three days of nature, healing and meaningful connection.
Step away from the pace of everyday life and spend a weekend reconnecting with yourself, your body and a community of people.
Through movement, meditation, time in nature and shared moments around the fire, we'll create space to slow down, recharge and remember what it feels like to be fully present.
This retreat isn't about escaping life, it's about returning to it with greater presence, clarity and connection.
Whether you're completely new or have been practicing for years, you're welcome.
