(Toufic Geagea)

Toufic has been practicing handstands for over 10 years and teaching them weekly for over 5 years. With a BSc in Exercise Science and an extensive background in movement, acrobatics, and physical practice, his approach combines hands on experience with a deep understanding of the body.

His teaching focuses on making handstands accessible through clear principles, progressive preparation, and an understanding of how to embody balance, giving students the tools to build an intelligent and sustainable practice.
