What is the focus of the
Winter Session?
The Winter Session approaches connection as a lived experience, developed through movement.
Rather than chasing performance or accumulation, the practice invites you to relate more clearly — to your body, your awareness, your surroundings, and the people you move with.
TThroughout the season, movement sharpens awareness, builds capacity, and deepens how we engage with ourselves and others..
Connection, explored through the body, intention, space, and shared practice.
We explore this focus through four interconnected dimensions::
Body
Developing coordination, strength, skill, and adaptability through clear movement principles and embodied practice.
Inner World
Refining perception, attention, and emotional awareness by listening to the subtle signals that emerge through movement.
Environment
Exploring space, texture, and sensation — and how our interaction with the world shapes the way we move.
People
Learning and growing through shared practice, mutual support, and the collective intelligence that emerges when we move together.
This season, we’re collaborating with Movement Practice Montreal and Be Movement—bringing multiple teachers into a shared ecosystem of practice and perspectives.
Thursday and Saturday classes will feature multiple teachers and a larger, shared community practice.
