October 11 — Mid December
This fall, our intention begins with a question:
Before trying to change something, can we first see what is already there?
We often enter practice with the intention of achieving a goal. This can be useful, but in our effort to get somewhere, we can sometimes miss what is already present.
Sometimes, seeing more clearly is already the beginning of transformative change.
Transformation through Observation
Fall Season 2026
Observation before Transformation
Transformation is often approached through addition of more.
More exercises. More information. More effort. Another technique to practice.
But change can also emerge from becoming sensitive to what is already happening. When something previously unnoticed becomes visible, our relationship to it begins to change.
The intention this season is not to become passive observers of our experience, but to develop attention as part of practice itself.
