MTP is a six-month individualized online coaching program with weekly live group calls combining lectures, practice study and group discussions. We blend practice, theory and sharing, transforming not just the physical layer but also mental and emotional. This balance is designed for you to proactively deepen your practice and commitment.

This program is for anyone who wants to develop a consistent practice, deepen understanding of theoretical aspects, and clarify personal philosophies and intentions. It also serves as a foundation for those who may one day teach.
This coaching meets you where you are. We start with a questionnaire, an assessment, and a brief video call. From there, training and practical material are tailored individually to guide you step by step, while also giving you a clear overview of the progressions and skill trees of the practice.
To maintain the integrity of this experience, we ask for genuine effort — not just financial commitment (see requirements below).

At a minimum, you should watch the one-hour lecture, complete a one hour reading, and practice at least a total of four hours per week.
