Programmation:
In-class teaching: 66 hours
Live practice, applied anatomy, and teaching methodology come together to build clarity, adaptability, and embodied understanding. These sessions form the core of the training, where concepts are explored, questioned, and directly applied through movement and teaching labs.
Personal practice: 33 hours
Dedicated time to integrate the principles into your own practice. Through guided exploration of alignment, balance, and awareness, personal practice ensures the work is not only understood intellectually but embodied over time.
Personal theory: 15 hours
Independent study covering biomechanics, motor learning, and teaching methods. This component supports the in-class material and builds a solid theoretical foundation that informs practical decision-making as a teacher.
Case study: 15 hours
An opportunity to apply what you are learning to real and varied scenarios. Through case studies, participants learn to design specific programs adapted to different bodies, goals, and constraints.
Observation & teaching: 5 hours
Participants observe experienced instructors in action and progressively step into teaching, culminating in the delivery of a full class with guidance and feedback. This bridges the gap between learning and real-world teaching.
Virtual session: 1 hour
An opening lecture during the first week of the training to outline the program, expectations, planning strategies, and recommendations for daily and weekly scheduling.
Final examination: 1 hour
A comprehensive assessment integrating theory, teaching application, and demonstration of understanding, ensuring that knowledge is both clear and transferable.
Closure event: 4 hours
A collective moment of reflection and celebration marking the completion of the training, integrating insights gained, shared experience, and community growth.
Participants who complete all requirements receive a certification for the formation.
