By Movement Circle and Movement Practice Montreal
140 hours handstand teacher training - february 2026
Deepen your understanding of the body, refine your teaching, and explore the science behind balance.
Movement Circle and Movement Practice Montreal Handstand Teacher Training bridges lived experience with evidence-based knowledge. You’ll learn to see movement not just as form, but as function — built on anatomy, biomechanics, and the subtle intelligence of the body.
This training is for those who want to teach with insight — to read bodies, adapt with precision, and communicate principles instead of prescriptions.
It’s an invitation to understand how the nervous system, breath, and structure interact, and to translate that understanding into clear, human teaching.
Here, science grounds intuition, and intuition brings science to life.
