A unique opportunity for guided experience
Connexion
The human experience is shaped through movement.
We experience it through four dimensions:
Body: Our vehicle through this world
Self: awareness, perception, and inner experience
People: shared stories, relationships, and practice
Environment: the space and context we move within
Movement Connexion is a two-day intensive exploring how these dimensions meet — and how movement connects them into one lived experience.
What awaits you
Over two days, Movement Connexion creates a guided exploration of movement as a way of relating — to yourself, to others, and to your environment.
You can expect:
Time for integration, play, and shared practice
A supportive group environment, welcoming all levels
Guided sessions blending structure with open exploration
Practical systems for floorwork, locomotion, and ground acrobatics
Each day balances structure, exploration, and integration.
