Achieving a handstand is a journey, it can’t be completed in a single hour. Along the way, it offers us the opportunity to learn about the body while developing strength, mobility, consistency, and commitment.

You are not required to bring anything
Two optional items include: a yoga mat and a water bottle.
You can be barefoot or in socks throughout the session

Biograpghy
Toufic Geagea is a movement teacher and facilitator with a foundation in exercise science and years of experience guiding handstand practice across group classes, individual coaching, and teacher trainings.
He practiced and studies with teachers and artists from all over the world including, Ido Portal, Marcello Palozzo, Matthew Smith and Heidi Blais.
His approach emphasizes clarity, structure, and principle-based learning — helping practitioners understand why they do.
Toufic’s work focuses on observation, pedagogy, and building sustainable teaching processes that respect both the individual and the practice.
