    • No shoes are needed — barefoot or grip socks are fine.

    • Each class includes a guided warm-up, skill-building and exploration, followed by integration and reflection.

    • The focus varies depending on the theme (e.g., mobility, handstands, acrobatics).

    • Yes, drop-ins are welcome.

    • You can also purchase class packs or memberships for ongoing practice.

    • During the summer season, classes take place outdoors in different parks, depending on the day.
